Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort, Puerto Vallarta

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms had the best view in the morning, day, and evening, and were well-serviced daily. A minor issue with the sink tap not being secured, but the A/C worked fine. My large corner room on the 6th floor had two balconies with great views of the pool and the beach.

My stay at Sunscape was delightful with lovely rooms kept spotless by housekeeping, a comfy bed and pillows, and a good selection of drinks. I enjoyed long walks on the beach and various nearby streets. The service was top-notch with staff always ready to assist with a big smile, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location was absolutely fantastic, allowing easy access to the Marina and downtown. Dining offered a huge variety, though some dishes were mediocre. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant setting for relaxation.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite offering a stunning sunset view from the 17th floor with two balconies, were not as advertised online. The connecting inner stairway was convenient. The service was exceptional, with memorable birthday celebrations and attentive staff members like Daniel, Carlos, and Juan. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, but caution was advised due to rip currents. The dining options were generally good, but there were inconsistencies with orders. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and cozy, and I loved the mini fridge that was stocked every other day. The food was delicious, and I didn't face any tummy troubles. My room on the sixth floor had a King-sized bed and a lovely balcony with a partial ocean view, making it such a pleasant stay.
